Informational workflow support

Diligenca provides diligence workflow support and report preparation. It does not provide legal, investment, suitability, or compliance advice.

Public data limitations

Reports depend on public complaint, filing, disclosure, and registration sources that can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or corrected by the original source.

Advisor responsibility

Advisors and supervising firms remain responsible for recommendation decisions, supervisory review, client communications, and recordkeeping obligations.

Billing terms

Single-report purchases grant one generated report and export. Subscription plans renew monthly or annually unless canceled before renewal. Compliance Desk terms may be governed by a separate order form.

Acceptable use

Users may not abuse source systems, share credentials outside authorized firm users, reverse engineer matching logic, or use Diligenca to build unlawful scraping workflows.
